Q: Are my deposit accounts FDIC insured?
A: Yes! Each individual customer is insured by the FDIC up to $100,000. Retirement accounts are insured up to $250,000 per person. Variation in titling and the use of trust accounts can allow more funds to be insured. Please call us for more information.

Q: How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
A: After your checking application has been approved, you will receive our routing and transit number and your account number. If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide this information to the human resources or payroll department at your company and your direct deposit will usually begin within thirty days. Be sure to use the routing and transit number on your checks. The number on your deposit slip is an internal number, not the assigned routing and transit number.

Q: How do I set up Direct Deposit of my Social Security check?
A: After your checking application has been approved, you will receive our routing and transit number and your account number. Simply contact us, ask to speak to a Customer Service Representative and have your Social Security Number and account information available to set up your direct deposit right over the phone.

Q: Can I get information about my account by phone?
A: Yes! Account information is available with our Customer Service Representatives during business hours at any of our offices or ask about our 24-Hour Hot Line which uses Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology to provide account balances, history and transfer capabilities.

Q: What products can I apply for online?
A: You may apply for ClassicBanking Online, our Internet banking product, and Classic Bill Pay, our online bill payment product simply by following the prompts. We do require that you open your checking and savings accounts in person before applying for our online products. Loan applications may be mailed to you at your request.

Q: Is interest paid on my checking account?
A: Yes! If you want a checking account that pays a market rate of interest, we have several options for you. If you want to be able to write unlimited checks see our Checking products. If you would like a higher rate and don't mind restricting the number of checks you write per month, see our Savings products. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to help you find the best fit for your needs.

Q: Can I do all of my banking with you?
A: Yes! Thanks to the convenience of Direct Deposit and ATMs, everyday banking activities can be performed on your own time. Contact us with questions about your banking needs.

Q: Can I look at all of my transactions at any time?
A: Yes! With ClassicBanking Online, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Q: How frequently is my information updated?
A: Your account information is updated every business day with new transactions that posted to your account the previous day. Your available balance may reflect some transactions made today, such as cash deposits, electronic transactions, and ATM withdrawals. Additionally, your available balance will be reduced by deposits in process of collection, as explained in our Funds Availability Policy.

Q: Are wire transfers possible to and from my checking account?
A: Yes! Funds can be transferred to and from accounts by wire transfer or via ACH (Automated Clearing House) debits or credits. Contact us for details.

Q: How do I make a deposit to my account from a remote location?
A: You can do most of your banking by using direct deposit or ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions. We also offer a bank-by-mail service, which allows you to mail non-recurring deposits. Contact us for details on a method that's best for you.

Q: When do I have access to use Internet Banking?
